2. Cancellation Policy
• Authors may request the cancellation of their manuscript submission before the publication online. A formal cancellation request must be sent via email to our editorial office.
• Once the article published online/website, cancellations will not be permitted unless there are exceptional circumstances, subject to the discretion of the editorial board.
• If an article has been accepted for publication and the author requests withdrawal, the request must be justified and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Policy
• After Acceptance and Before Publication: If an accepted manuscript is withdrawn due to unforeseen circumstances and the request is approved, a complete refund may be granted at the discretion of Leon Publications.
• After Publication: No refunds will be issued after an article has been published online.
4. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during submission.
